Pitangui Medical and Beauty was founded in 1989 and has grown to become the leading plastic surgery clinic in Korea today. The clinic has seen a rise in the number of both Korean and International patients year on year and has expanded in line with this, in order to deliver the highest quality, full range of aesthetic and plastic surgery facilities. This included the addition of a dermatology center in 2000, a dental center in 2004 and the aesthetic center in 2007.

Pitangui is a fully accredited, free standing surgical facility, that meets all the standards of the Korean Association for Accreditation of Aesthetic Surgical Facilities. The site has full contingencies in place for power losses, with uninterruptible power supplies and backup facilities. Procedures are performed under both local and general anesthesia at the clinic, and patients recover in our airy and sun-filled recovery room, closely monitored by our anesthetists and nurses.
